• Responsibilities include promotion of composer’s catalog, publication, contract negotiation, and collection of royalties due for performances of Neely Bruce’s catalogue of compositions for symphony orchestras, chamber music groups, opera companies, and sacred and secular music. • Presenter for Mr. Rodriguez's symphonic programs, including PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN, THE ART OF THE LOVE SONG, and GIVE MY REGARDS TO BROADWAY.
• Responsibilities include booking appearances; providing logistical support for appearances with orchestras around the world; coordinating the use of his personal symphonic library in conjunction with standard repertoire. • Administrator of the recently-premiered acting program of The British American Theatre Conservatory, led by President Marsha Mason and Program Director Tony Branch.
• Responsibilities include managing the program's finances; coordinating outside consultants for the preparation and marketing of the program; meeting the needs of teachers, staff, students and guest artists before and during the program.
• Consultant to Jo Sullivan Loesser regarding her symphonic concert appearances.
• Responsibilities include managing this collection of symphonic orchestrations, creating and maintaining a database which provides for efficient use of the collection, and assisting the estate in various archive and current projects regarding the Broadway and Film composer Frank Loesser. • Consultant for the Kay Swift Memorial Trust, which was established by the Estate of Kay Swift to provide stewardship of Kay Swift’s body of music, to enable scholarship about the life and work of Kay Swift, and to perpetuate performance, recording and publication of her music.
• Responsibilities include investigating the current copyright status of Kay Swift’s musical compositions, promoting Kay Swift’s catalogue of popular songs and concert works, and managing upcoming publications and performance projects.
